Fraudster convicted for forging PPDA Certifcate
On January 29th, the Magistrate Court in Lilongwe sentenced Mr. Harold Mwalambula to 42 months imprisonment with hard labor for presenting a fake PPDA certificate to Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
